I have about two or three episodes left. I have been trying to watch it for years because all of my peers adored it, and I finally got to last fall. I really enjoy it, and I think I want to make it a yearly thing to watch it every fall. I bought it on DVD because I was fearful of losing it on streaming services.
I adore the art book and just the art in general. I am a huge fan of autumn aesthetics and sometimes, I like to make my art reflect that.
I haven’t finished season two year, so I’m gonna talk about season one. I’ll come back to this when I finish season two
Usually, I have issues keeping up with interweaving storylines of different characters, but Andor makes it really easy to understand. It is a really slow burn, but a good one. The parts of Luthern are some of my fave. I just love how involved and all-knowing he is. It makes me question who he really is. Even the parts where Mon Mothma is just talking to people quietly at parties is interesting. I always find parts like that so boring, but goddamnit Tony Gilroy has done some magic to keep my attention.
Easily the best parts are the prison scenes with Andy Serkis.
